Ordering with Amacor Printz

Order Guidelines

Use this guide to prepare a complete project request and know what to review before moving forward. Amacor Printz works from project-specific quotes so the product, decoration, quantities, pricing, proofing, timing, and fulfillment details can be confirmed for your job.

Start with a project request.

Sending details lets the team review your needs and prepare a quote. It does not confirm a price, production date, or that every requested product and decoration combination is available. Wait for Amacor Printz to confirm the job-specific details before treating them as settled.

How the order process works

A good brief helps Amacor Printz assess the best fit, price the actual scope, and identify questions before work moves ahead.

  1. Send the project details. Include the product, decoration idea, quantity and size breakdown, artwork, requested date, and preferred fulfillment method. If a detail is unknown, say so.
  2. Review the project quote. Check that the product, method, artwork version, placements, quantities, pricing, any applicable charges, estimated timing, and fulfillment details match what you requested.
  3. Review any proof or approval request. Proofing requirements and format depend on the job. If a proof is provided, check every detail and request corrections before approving it.
  4. Confirm the next step with the team. Follow the job-specific approval and payment instructions, and make sure open questions are resolved before the project proceeds.

Decoration methods and product options

If you already know the method you want, include it. If not, send the garment or material, artwork, quantity, placement, and intended use so the team can advise on a suitable option.

Decoration methods

Amacor Printz lists screen printing, embroidery, DTF, DTV, and HTV among its decoration technologies. The right approach depends on the design, substrate, placement, quantity, and the result you need.

Patches and hem tags

For a patch or hem-tag request, provide the artwork, finished dimensions, quantity, colors, intended product, and where it will be applied or sewn. The team can confirm available construction and application details for the project.

Not sure what to choose?

Share the design, item or material, intended placement, quantity, and how the finished piece will be used. Do not assume every decoration method works with every product or placement; the team will confirm suitability and any constraints in the project discussion or quote.

What to include in your project request

Use the checklist below as a brief. A complete size and color breakdown is especially helpful when a request includes multiple garments, artwork versions, or delivery groups.

1. Contact and project

  • Your name, business or organization, email, and a phone number if useful.
  • A short project name or event name so the request is easy to reference.
  • Your target in-hand date and any event date. Say whether the requested date is firm or flexible.
  • Whether this is a new project or a repeat; for a repeat, include the prior quote or order reference if you have it.

2. Product or material

  • Whether you want Amacor Printz to source the product or plan to supply it yourself.
  • Brand, style or SKU, product color, fabric or material composition, and links or reference photos when known.
  • Quantity for each product, color, and size. Separate different styles or artwork versions.
  • Any product-specific details that may affect decoration, such as seams, pockets, coatings, or a special surface.

3. Decoration and artwork

  • Your preferred method, if known; otherwise describe the finish you want.
  • Placement for each design and approximate finished dimensions.
  • Artwork files and the exact version to use. Include exact spelling, punctuation, and colors.
  • Color references, thread or ink notes, placement mockups, or other visual references that matter to you.

4. Timing and fulfillment

  • Your requested completion or in-hand date, with any flexibility.
  • Your preferred destination and fulfillment method. Ask the team to confirm available options, charges, and timing.
  • Any split delivery, individual packing, labeling, or other handling instructions.
  • Any constraints the team should know before quoting, such as an event, launch, or coordinated rollout.

If you do not know a technical detail, do not guess. Share what you do know and ask the team to recommend or confirm the rest.

Artwork, color, and proofs

Send the clearest artwork you have

  • Include the original or highest-quality version available and identify which file is current.
  • For a logo or text design, provide exact wording, capitalization, punctuation, and any required clear space or lockup.
  • Include color codes or a physical/reference sample if a particular color match is important.
  • For multiple placements or versions, label each artwork file and state which product and quantity it belongs to.

If you are unsure whether a file is suitable, send the best version you have and ask. The team will tell you if additional preparation or a different file is needed.

Check every proof before approval

Proof availability, format, and any related cost are confirmed for the specific project. Do not assume a proof is automatic or included unless the quote says so.

  • Check spelling, punctuation, logo version, and artwork orientation.
  • Check product, color, decoration method, placement, and finished dimensions.
  • Check all sizes, quantities, colorways, and artwork versions shown.
  • Request corrections or clarification before you approve. Keep the approved version with your project records.
Color and material questions

If exact color appearance or placement is critical, tell Amacor Printz at the start and ask how that detail will be reviewed for your material and decoration method. A reference image alone may not communicate every production detail.

Review the quote before approving

Before you accept a quote or approve production details, make sure you understand the full scope and which items are included.

Confirm the job specification

  • Product brand/style, material, color, and who is supplying it.
  • Decoration process, artwork version, placement, size, and color notes.
  • Total quantity and the breakdown by size, product color, or artwork variation.
  • Any proof or artwork approval step and what you need to review.

Confirm the commercial details

  • Price basis and quoted total for the stated quantities and specifications.
  • Any applicable setup, artwork preparation, digitizing, proofing, packing, shipping, or other charges.
  • Any minimums, if applicable to the requested method or product.
  • Payment instructions and any applicable taxes or fulfillment charges.
Check each quote for job-specific terms.

Confirm whether proofing, setup, artwork preparation, minimums, or other charges apply to the requested project, and make sure the timing estimate and fulfillment details are clear. Ask the team to clarify any line you do not understand before approving.

If you are supplying the products

Please contact Amacor Printz before purchasing or sending customer-supplied garments, blanks, or other materials. Compatibility and receiving requirements can vary by product and decoration method.

  • Share the brand, style or SKU, material composition, color, size range, and exact quantity you plan to supply.
  • Ask the team to confirm that the product can be accepted and decorated as requested.
  • Wait for the team to confirm the delivery address, receiving instructions, timing, and any other requirements before sending goods.
  • Confirm how product quantities, sizes, and any extra pieces should be labeled or documented.
  • Tell the team about product defects, coatings, special treatments, or other unusual characteristics before the quote is finalized.

Asking for ready-to-apply items

If you are looking for a transfer, patch, or tag to apply yourself or through another provider, describe that use clearly. Ask Amacor Printz to confirm which options are available and what application requirements apply to your project.

Include these details

  • The item you want and its intended surface or garment material.
  • Finished dimensions, quantity, artwork, and any color requirements.
  • How it will be applied, if known, including the equipment or process you plan to use.
  • Whether you need application guidance or have a particular end-user workflow.

Do not assume every transfer, patch, or tag is compatible with every surface or application method. Confirm the construction, backing or adhesive, application instructions, and compatibility before placing the project order.

Timing, changes, and cancellations

Plan around the date you need it

  • State the requested in-hand date and the date of any event or launch.
  • Ask the team to confirm the estimated production schedule for the exact product, method, and quantity.
  • Confirm separately whether the stated date means production completion or delivery to you.
  • Ask whether an expedited option is available; do not assume one until it is confirmed for your job.

Tell the team promptly about changes

  • If artwork, quantities, sizes, products, placements, or delivery details change, contact the team as soon as possible.
  • For a change after approval, wait for Amacor Printz to confirm whether it can be made and whether price or timing changes.
  • If you need to pause or cancel a project, contact the team immediately and ask for written confirmation of next steps and any applicable charges.
  • Do not treat a change or cancellation as accepted until the team confirms it.

Fulfillment, repeat orders, and concerns

Confirm delivery details

Before approving the quote, confirm the destination, fulfillment method, any related charges, and the estimated timing. If you need multiple shipments, individual packing, labels, or special handling, include that in the original request.

Production completion and carrier delivery are different milestones. Ask which date the estimate refers to and whether tracking or other delivery details will be provided.

Requesting a repeat

Share the prior quote or order reference, the approved artwork version, product/style, decoration method, quantity and size breakdown, and any requested changes. Ask the team to reconfirm the specification, price, schedule, and fulfillment for the new run.

Do not assume a previous design or product specification carries over unchanged when an item, material, quantity, or decoration method differs.

If something needs attention

Contact Amacor Printz with your quote or order reference, the product and decoration involved, the quantity affected, and a clear description of the concern. Photos of the full item and close-up of the area can help the team review it.

The team can review the details and explain the next steps for your specific project.

Keep project details together

Keep the quote, approved artwork or proof, product breakdown, and relevant messages with your project records. Referring to the same version and order details helps avoid confusion if questions come up later.

Requesting a price list is a different step

A Request a Price List submission collects information about your business and decoration needs so the team can review your profile. It is not a project-specific quote or an order confirmation. For a price on a particular job, include the product or material, artwork, quantities, size breakdown, method, placement, and requested timing in a project inquiry.

Common questions

What if I do not know which decoration method to choose?

Send the artwork, item or material, quantity, placement, target date, and desired finish. The team can review possible options and confirm what is suitable for the project.

Can I submit just a logo and a quantity?

You can start with those details, but a useful quote also needs the product or material, size and color breakdown, placement, requested date, and fulfillment preference. If you do not have all of that yet, state what is still undecided.

Are proof, setup, minimum, and turnaround terms the same for every order?

Do not assume they are. Confirm the terms that apply to your product and decoration method in the project quote before approval.

Can I send my own garments or materials?

Ask first. Provide the product and material details, then wait for the team to confirm acceptance and receiving instructions before sending anything.

How do I get help with a project request?

Contact Amacor Printz and include any quote or order reference you already have.

Ready to discuss a project?

Send the information you have, flag what is still undecided, and share the date you are working toward. Amacor Printz can review the scope and confirm the details that apply to your request.
